Move in/Move out cleanings
Five Star Cleaning Service has performed many move-in, and move-out, cleanings since we opened our doors in 2010. So many that we now consider these cleanings to be one of our areas of expertise.
We have multiple property management companies that utilize our services to ensure their properties and cleaned and ready to sell or rent, and we’re always looking to do more of these types of cleanings!
If you’re moving into a new home and want to make sure it’s completely clean before settling it…request a quote! If you’re moving out of a home and want to make sure the place is sparkling for potential buyers…request a quote! Pricing
For all move-in, and move-out, cleanings Five Star Cleaning Service charges an hourly rate. This hourly rate changes, proportionately, based on the number of workers we send to do the job ($55 per man hour).
4 workers: $220.00 per hour
3 workers: $165.00 per hour
2 workers: $110.00 per hour
All of the services we complete during regularly-scheduled residential cleanings we, also, complete during move-in/move-out cleanings as well.
Some extra services we offer for these cleanings are the cleaning of the insides of your oven(s), refrigerator(s), and all cabinets and drawers. There is no fee for these services since we charge hourly.
