Pricing
Five Star normally charges $55 per man hour for all one time cleanings done on weekdays in Northern Anne Arundel (down to Davidsonville and Edgewater) and Eastern Howard County (over to Ellicott City)…but for our scheduled customers, this rate decreases to $45 per man hour (a small way of saying thank you!)
Most deep cleanings take somewhere between 5-11 man hours to complete depending on the size of your home. This equates out to an estimated price range for most one time cleanings of $225-$495 (min price $225).
The task list for deep cleanings is almost the same as what we do on a regularly scheduled visit, but with a more detailed approach.
Deep cleans involve a complete wipe down, and giving attention to the often neglected and hard-to-reach spots. Anything inside your home that can be reached with a stool will be hand-wiped.
Also, no feather dusters will be used in your home…all surfaces will be hand-wiped!
Once you book your cleaning you will be emailed an estimate of how long we believe the deep cleaning will take so you can plan your finances accordingly.
