Using Oxi Fresh certified cleaning techniques significantly reduces the amount of water and harsh chemicals needed to clean your carpet. This greatly reduces the risks of mold and wickback that come with traditional steam cleaning while still getting that deep clean.

Prices for carpet cleaning are as follows:

Carpet Cleanings:

$55.00 per room (rooms over 250 square feet would count as two rooms and cost $100)

$55.00 per staircase

$25.00 per stair landing

$35.00 per hallway

$20.00 per closet

$50.00 per area rug (all sizes)

***Optional services include Odor Destroyer at $35 per room, and stain removal kit at $35 per area***

Hardwood Floor Cleaning

$2.00 per square foot (need to inspect to price)

Tile and Grout Cleaning

$1.50 per square foot of tile and grout

Upholstery Cleaning

$40.00 per seat

$25.00 per dining seat
